Sabaa Khan est avocate et créatrice multidisciplinaire oeuvrant en musique et dans les arts visuels. Docteure en droit international, elle est passionnée par la philosophie du droit, et préoccupée par la violence enracinée dans les ordres juridiques occidentaux, notamment, envers les corps humains, la nature et nos relations écosystémiques. Son travail juridique et son plaidoyer se situent à l'intersection du droit de l'environnement, du travail et de l'économie. Elle est membre de la Commission mondiale du droit de l'environnement et elle siège au comité directeur national de l'Association nationale Femmes et Droit.
Sabaa Khan is a lawyer and multidisciplinary artist working in music and visual arts. She holds a doctorate in international law, a keen interest in legal philosophy, and deep concern over the violence embedded in Western legal systems, particularly towards human bodies, nature, and our ecosystemic relationships. Her legal work and advocacy lie at the intersection of environmental, labor and economic law. She is a member of the World Commission on Environmental Law and serves on the National Steering Committee of the National Association of Women and the Law.
